Dream is some sort of activities which can be shown to the dreamer with some form of symbols that are difficult to decipher but it can give meaningful interpersonal conflictual situation or one’s form of tension situation if one gets the meaning of the symbol. It gives recall experiences when one awakes from the sleep. Sometimes you find very strange situation after having been recall your dream state. You may forget your dream also. As i think it is one reason people neglect to study the dream. Earlier i never gave attention about dream. But sometimes it gives me a thinking process “why and how does dream come while someone is sleeping”. What message the dream is trying to say and what is the connection to one’s real world. I started giving thinking about dream since 2004. But this time also i did not search it out what is the latent meaning of my dream. But sometimes i am surprised what the dream wants to give the message from one line. “do not go that place.” “call back from that place, saying to my parents”. Latter in my dream i changed their direction. I dedicated my book to my late nephew(p.surjit singh),his late father.
Work & Retirement a Longitudinal Study of Men
Developmental mentoring is one of two dominant approaches to mentoring; the other being sponsorship mentoring. (Sometimes described as relational v instrumental mentoring). As one of the pioneers of developmental mentoring, David Clutterbuck set out to explore what occurred with this kind of learning relationship, using a longitudinal research design that involved three stages of questionnaires to both mentors and mentees, in their dyads, within formal mentoring programmes and over a 12 month period. Because all the existing measurement instruments were based on sponsorship mentoring, it was necessary to design and validate new measures for most of the constructs. The data analysis demonstrated that sponsorship mentoring and developmental mentoring were indeed separate constructs and identified relationships between goal alignment, behaviours by mentor and mentee, perceived quality of relationship and outcomes for both mentor and mentee. The validated questionnaires and database have subsequently been used in other research into developmental mentoring.
The book evaluates the English language teachers' professional learning and development about disruptive student behaviours focusing on their beliefs. The study designed as longitudinal qualitative work covers the last six months of university training as student-teachers before commencing to work as full time professionals. It continues tracking their development and professional beliefs down throughout the first-year at workplace. Collegial support and trial-error have been two foremost strategies to enlarge repertoire to cope with disruptive student behaviours in the classrooms. Towards the end of the first-year in the profession as full professionals, teachers were observed to have established their personal coping strategies. While the number of strategies utilised to deal with such student behaviours were greater in number and more varied in nature at earlier stages, a routinized system was visible at the end of the first year of the professional life.

Professor Peter,J., Lor. Former IFLA Secretary General: "Former South African President Thabo Mbeki proclaimed the 21st century as the "African Century", expressing a belief that in this century Africa will embark on a new trajectory of peace, stability and prosperity. Without a democratic culture this will remain a pipe dream. Opening up the actions of African governments to public scrutiny is a key ingredient for transparency, good governance and a healthy business climate. The right to information legislation discussed in this thesis, if enacted and implemented successfully, can be an important building block for democracy."
From the study it is concluded that fibre proves to be a better alternative to steel and alloys specially for repairing and maintenance of structures damaged by heavy use and corrosion and as a material for strengthening. The mechanical properties of fibre reinforced concrete make them ideal of widespread applications in construction world. There are number of fibres, if one fibre has some drawbacks, then more than one fibre can be used to hide the drawback of other. The study shows that initial cost of fibre reinforced concrete is much higher as compared to steel reinforced concrete, because one fibre rod cost is expected to be in-between 2 to 8 times the cost of normal steel bars. But the study and research shows that this high cost can be justified by looking at “whole life cost of structure”.
Longitudinal data on 11 pre-selected variables of child growth was collected during the period of 25 May to 17 December, 2002 for a group of children from birth to 48 months of age from the study area. The study started with 296 children. There was about 38% loss of the study children during the 4 years of study. Finally, we have 169 children. Details of data collection and the underlying problems are given in Chapters 3 and 4. Chapter 5 of this work is a contributory one which contains findings of the study. Fourteen tables and 14 charts are appended in this chapter. These tables and charts explain the growth patterns of children in study area. Chapter 6 is the concluding remarks where major findings, short coming of the study and scope for further research, specially the impact of varying sample size, socio-economic, environmental, nutritional variables, seasonality of birth, reproductive health and the impact of morbidity etc may be studied.

Now a days longitudinal data analysis is very important in research areas and Longitudinal studies and binary outcome are common in health areas; this research could be used as a basis for future studies on health areas to show how to apply LMM, GEE, GLMM and MMM. This study can be the corner stone for future longitudinal studies about diabetes in Ethiopia and other countries. So this research will help for those researchers who want to conduct longitudinal data analysis.
